Welcome to Saruyama Bonsai, home of Peter Warren,
a professional Bonsai artist from the UK who trained for five years
under of of the top masters in Japan and is now on a mission to bring
the best of Japanese Bonsai to the rest of the world.
I learnt in the same way as a Japanese, serving a traditional
apprenticeship working long arduous hours under intense pressure to
create and maintain some of the most beautiful trees in the world. During
this time I had the opportunity to learn from the great Japanese
Masters of not only bonsai but suiseki, display and pots. Now I
can bring that expertise and knowledge direct to you, wherever you
are.
Over the last year I have travelled far and wide, Europe, Japan and the US. It has been a fantastic learning experience for me and I have had the opportunity to work on many wonderful trees.
